Quality control over ERW steel pipe

Quality is what you want and the base of our long term business relationship. About ERW steel pipe's quality control, below is brief introduction of our quality control.
1. Online inspection. There will be flatting test, hydraulic test, Ultrasonic test on welding seam, pipe body, and pipe end, visual inspection, measuring, weighing, marking. Those are basic inspection we’ll certainly perform during manufacturing process.
2. In strict accordance with ISO 9001: 2000 quality management system and monitored by America Petroleum Institue with API 5L PSL1/PSL2 & API 5CT accreditation, we have developed perfect processing & inspecting instruction and controlled in detailed from raw material purchasing and inspection, uncoiling, pipe forming, online inspection as above, finished pipe testing, anti-corrosion coating, marking, packing, storage, shipment until to after-sale service.

Testing explanation for steel pipe
